Round thermoweldable belts are used in many industries and in multiple number of applications. They are used for power transmission in case of, for example, roller conveyors, but also as a conveying belt for transporting other products, where, for example, certification for contact with FDA food that some of these products have, helps. Additionally the belts made of TPU have very good chemical resistance. We offer these products in a variety of:
- hardnesses (measured most often based on ShA scale, sometimes ShD scale),
- colours, referred to the unique hardness as well as requirements coming from the application or industrial sector,
- diameters related to the belts’ strength as well as minimal pulley diameters required , contact surface etc. ,
- surfaces: mainly split into the smooth belts (RL) and rough belts (RR)
- options, reinforced or without the cord. Sometimes joined with the metal pin.
